Services

Multi-Service Organisations

For organisations operating 2 or more services or CCB Approvals the Services menu is where you choose which service you want to operate on next for rolls , attendances , session codes , room setup or CCB Profile. Simply click on the Service Id (left most column) to go to the service profile page.

Single Service Organisations

Since there is only one service, clicking on the ‘Services’ menu takes you directly to your service’s profile page.

From here you have access to a number of key functions.

• Occupancy Graph
• Access and edit daily Rolls
• Finalise and submit Weekly Attendances
• Create and update session codes (fee structures)
• Set up rooms
• Service’s CCB profile
